Guys I have two questions:
1, What exactly is influenced by `Random Potential` attribute when it is turned on in settings? All riders will get absolutely random potential (for instance can Mikael Landa gets 2 Potential?) before I start career mode or how does it work?
2, When I began to play career mode and after some time I noticed that Random Potential attribute had been turned on when I turn it off during that career will it affect something or it is only taken into account when you are starting your career mode?

2. It's only taken into account when you start a career. Anything you do once the career is started won't affect the potential of a rider, except editing their stat limits.
