Pro Cyclist Mode Missing Images

I am 7 years into Pro Cyclist and now there are a handful of teams that dont have the mini jersey, its just a pink square. Every thing worked fine for the first 6 years.
This is with the Lite Pack I downloaded from steam.
I have tried downloading manual and verifying game cache.
Any help would be fantastic as I dont wanna scrape my career being this far in. |

It also happened to me. I just went to the .db and edited those Blank spaces with the correct team names. |

New sponsers, but not all the teams with new sponsors.
Like I said everything worked fine up until I advanced to the next season and now when I try to reload a much earlier save those teams are still missing.
EDIT: Katusha is one of the World Tour teams missing.

It's only the name what is missing. If you open the database you will see that the team is correctly added, it's just the name that has a blank space.  |

when this happened to me I went back to before the new season and in the DB editor checked that the availability of the sponsor extended to the coming season for some of them it didn't and the game failed to assign the given teams a new one resulting in what you are describing
What fixed it for me was simply to manually extend the availability and haven't had problems with it since even the teams that got messed up found a new sponsor by themselves in the season after
