How to install DEM files to PCM 2017?

I keep seeing all the downloads for them (In particular this one https://pcmdaily.c...?did=1087) but the problem is I dont know where to install them. I went into my game files but the Pro Cycling Manager 2017\Data\Dem pathway doesnt exist. Where do I put them then?

You need to install the stage editor first. Once you have, you'll have to install the dem files in the new path created by Steam: Steam\steamapps\common\Pro Cycling Manager 2017 - Stage and Database Editor\Data\Dem
