Crash before 3rd season

Hey,

I edited the DB to play as Adrien Costa in Pro Cyclist mode but the game crashes at the end of the second season, on 24th of October, right after the 'Generating young riders' bar fills up.

I tried reloading an older save but the outcome is always the same. I don't know what might cause it so any help is greatly appreciated.

P.S.: I am running the PCM Daily Lite DB

Did you update to the last official patch? This is a game bug that got solved in like 1.0.4.0 or the whereabouts.
