STA_Race_difficult and gene_f_chance_potX

Hello,
i am looking for the gene_f_chance_potX which should be in the STA_Region.
It define the probability to generate a rider with the potential X in a certain region.
This parameter is not anymore in the STA_region. Where is it in the PCM 17?

again I cant find anymore the STA_race_difficult which define the difficulty lvl bonus.
This parameter should be inside the file Local.cdb. Where can I find the Local.cdb in PCM17?

1. gene_f_chance_potX is not there anymore since PCM 15, and I'm as pissed as you are about that. We can't edit the chance of nations getting what potentials anymore... the game either has some hardcoded stuff or most likely just randomises it. Same for gene_i_weight in sta_region, it doesn't work anymore even though the column is there.

2. It's still in Local.cdb, you can find the Local in steamapps\common\PCM 17\Database.

Yep, PCM keeps hardcording more and more stuff in leaving us without any way to tinker the way we want to.

In trumps words: SAD.

I'm really especially pissed off they took out the working of gene_chance_pot and gene_i_weight. I like to decide myself what countries produce riders...
