Where can i find a package with the real helmets/wheels etc. for PCM 17(or 16)?

They will all be available in the Expansion Pack.

If you don't want to wait, you can download these from here. However you'll have to assign them to each team etc., so if you can't be bothered doing that, I'd recommend just waiting for the EP.
