pcm fast editor frame problem !

hello . I noticed a problem when I want to install new frames in a BD for PCM 2017. The editor does not seem to take into account
The different technical notes (Aero Dynamics, comfort and lightness)

STA_equipment_template :

1=Frm_Generi_XXXXXX_00=poly
2=Frm_Generi_XXXXXX_00=mountain
3=Frm_Generi_XXXXXX_00=plain
4=Frm_Generi_XXXXXX_00=cobbles

But even when I use this order in STA_equipmen_model , The statistics remain the same for all new frames added in game .

(I save correctly before closing the editor )

Where is the problem ? Thank you for your help .

Thank you for your help matt17br . I solved my problem using "LachisEditor"
