Multiplayer fitness unfairness?

So me and a friend wanted to race each other. I took Sky and he was Moviestar.

I absolutely trashed him in the first test (6 Tour de France stages), he was over 3-4 minutes after our mountain stages.

Then we tried some Giro Italia stages, and he walked over me like nothing.

It was like Sky's fitness peaks was all set for TdF, and Moviestar -> Giro Italia.

This is probably how it should be, but in multiplayer mode where we just want to ride at equal competition, this was crap.

*I was host, and i had the "disable race-day and feeling good conditions in multiplayer" ticked off, and we used Daily Lite pack DB.

So what are you complaining about? Sounds like what you're experiencing was a coincidence related to the random daily forms in multiplayer honestly.

How can that be coincidence when the option was enabled?

I remember last year, or the year before that.. There was a thread going on about the same topic.
Think i remember someone mention that (for example) Quintana's fitness was set to peak for Giro, so when playing multiplayer in that race - he would have alot better fitness compared to a Froome who rides TdF.

Is this true ?
