The last two games (2016/2017) unfortunately have really bad gameplay issues.
The community here is getting more quiet the last last two years, too, because the game is clearly worse and less fun.
So what speaks against creating new 2017 databasses for PCM 2015?
Pretty much everyone around here still has the 2015 game I think and it would be a big "fuck you" to Cyanide for releasing obviuosly bugged/unfinished games every year if the big stagemakers and DB creators would focus their work on older games until they hopefully get their work together before it's too late.
In the end cyanide will have to abandon the series anyway and modders have to focus on old playable iterations either way if this complany continues to release buggy games the next few years as well.
It's a pretty radical suggestion from me but I don't see myself playing this years edition.
I have already played the 2016 game only a few hours and then went back to the 2015 version because the fun was gone and I somehow have to feed my pcm addiction
I agree, this wouldn't be too bad at all. Just a small one, to make it up to date and playable for the 2017 season would be way better than anything for pcm17. Please, please, pleaaaase.
Eh, at this point it would be really hard to make a full conversion and not really worth it with the few resources we have - I think everyone has seen how much it has taken to make the 2017 db for PCM 16.
If we will ever make it, it will actually be when the series stops. Not really a priority right now when we don't have time in advance to work on other projects besides the 2 yearly daily dbs.
Hey guys i fully agree with u, i bought pcm 16 and played 3½ hours and then thought omg why they removed the training schedules for all riders and also other things... I hope that guy in my thread will come out with his update soon ;-)
I agree, PCM 15 is better than PCM 16 (I don't know about '17, I don't have the game)
Cyclist Editor, the daily form varies during the stage and not random like in '16, more fun mountain stages and etc.
I'm working in 2017 DB since some weeks. I stopped working last week but I'll resume the work this week. Probably there will be updates soon.
