With PCM17 just around the corner, we have come to a decision that Pro Cycling Manager 2017 would be incomplete without some fast Databases with the stats and graphics from the very best of PCM Daily, we also believe that a database of high calibre should be available within a couple weeks of the release of PCM17.
As such, as we approach the release, we have decided to recruit members for Database, Stats, Graphical and potentially stages work so that we may have a team together to begin creation as soon as and even before the game is released.
There is no limit to the size of the Database team and all contributions will be received with much gratitude.
How to Become a Part of this Project
1. Join the Database Team,
Apply below to become a part of the database team, this may entitle you to an Arberg17 userbar and give you an authoritive say on what goes into this project. Most importantly it gives you a chance to collaborate with and/or learn from some of the best in the fields of Graphics, Stages, Database Work and Stats. There are four key areas to this database team, you may apply for any area or multiple, as well as a space as leader of each section (the leader will oversee organisational aspects as well as having a final say on disputes).
Graphics
Jerseys, Accessories, NCs and Transferts for all the Professional Cycling Teams as well as potentially any other graphical contributions (race logos, cyclist photos, sponsor kits, etc.) and Custom Teams

Stats
Stating each rider according to PCM's stat matrix, hopefully under the tutelage of the one and only Arberg - we are looking for the most keen eyed cycling fans - unbiased experts on the sport who can provide quality opinions on any rider.
The Stages department may have to borrow stages from a lot of sources that do not carry as high a standard of work as this DB, so this is the least important section, but we still wish to have as many real and slightly less real courses of the highest quality, particularly for World Tour events, the great tour of Hainan and other races we make WT for some inexplicable reason.

Database Work
The most important part of the database team, Not only must you be able to edit databases with a level of randomness while still maintaining the ability to actually open careers without the game crashing. You must also be able to contribute spelling mistakes, random guesses at palmares and other benefits to the Database side of things as well as correlating with the Stages and Graphics team in terms of which races to randomly add and make up, which teams to include and many other aspects.
This thread is also an open area for discussion and submissions of Graphics and Stages. There will also be a stats thread in opened in the near future, so those who only want to help a little bit can contribute their great works to the Database here.

For those who wish to apply to join the Database Team, please post below with your application and which fields of the Database team you would like to collaborate with - remember anyone can apply, even if your work is not of similar quality to the samples above, we are sure it can reach that point with minimal practise!
I can handle team synergy, core competency, and making sure we keep on the bleeding edge of databases. I just feel the sum of our parts, our body work work, needs to be done at 110, even 120% and that can only be achieved through talking that
And also stats, as a) I have the bestest stats and stat dynamics (but that's getting into the other job) and 2) collaborating with Arberg is a long-held dream as aside from one time when I PM'd them about Bono they don't care about me either

Thank you guys for applying to be a part of this great project! It's a massive honour especially that Arberg will he a core part of our stats team to give us better stats than any other database!
Also nice to see some roles I left out of the original message being usefully filled, PR and core synergy, etc. will be essential in making this the greatest database project ever made on PCM (yes, I am hoping to surpass the Basso DB!)
