Change Vuelta April Problem DB1983

Amateur Posts: 13 Joined: 15-06-2012 PCM$: 200.00	Goodnight I'm doing a 1983 DB And I want to change the date of VueltaEspaÃ±a to Abril (and the Giro too) But when I reach the last stage he asks me to make the selection of the national team and he will not let me advance. Is there a way to change the dates of those specific races (VueltayGiro)? In PCM2013 the problem was the same. Thanks in advance.
