how do u edit the database and get it to show up in game?

i use the worlddb from steam and edit some stats on a few riders but how do i get it to show in the game?
this is a serious error from previous years were to me it was alot easier to have multiple edited db´s.

Create a new folder in Documents\PCM 16\Mod where you'll put your database, and call the cdb file OfficialRelease.cdb.
