I'm trying to find a rank that sort riders in the history with most wins. I can only find a list for active riders, but I want a "wall of fame" rank of all time.
Do you know if that excist?
Procyclingstats offers variants of lists but as far as I know nothing with all riders. The only I find is this but thats only points.. https://www.procyc...hp?id=1345
I'm sure there must be one?

CQ Ranking have a ranking of All Time riders, and any ranking based on results will usually shuffle winners towards the top end.
Cycling hall of fame.com is a decent source of information, but is rather limited to the big races.
Wikipedia can provide lists on a range of subjects, but really only covers the biggest races in any reasonable level. Does have WorldTour records though.
But i think the answer is, no there is no definitive ranking of wins. Probably because clasiffying as such is very hard. For example, what races do you include? All, down to an amateur local road race? UCI classified races, which only goes back a few decades? Do you include track and other non-road disciplines? Plus the difficulty in tracking down certain race results themselves once you move away from the big races.
Although the answer of, who won the most races in history is pretty much Merckx whichever way to try and define it (usually cited around 525). He'll be followed by various all-rounders like Kelly (around 200) and sprinters like Petacchi (180-200). And they are still way down on the Cannibal.

Thanks..
On one hand I understand, on the other i'm a little bit annoyed there is no official winners lists. Say if you google "english football clubs with most wins" you'll easily find something usefull and reliable.
I think PCS defines what I want pretty well. Look at this list for example. https://www.procyc...ry-ranking
You see Cav has 145 wins which is defined by professional wins. Not only world tour races but also PCT races (which is still prof obsv). This overview is amazing but sadly only active riders. I can also search for old retired riders. Lets search for Jacques Anquetil https://www.procyc...?id=168684
39 pro wins.
So i'm thinking they must have the data, just not the time or resource to make one.
Maybe I should get a job there
