Got the RSM news database, which lets me start in 2016. This is only for aesthetics but I don't like it being duplicate anyways.. any way to change it in the editor or something?
thank you

You need to edit dyn_palmares with an editor - PCM Fast Editor should do it.
Find Tom Dumoulin in the riders column, sort by year and find 2015, and delete one of the duplicate entries with a team ID in it.

Thanks it worked for Dumoulin but not for other riders, I know it's only a small thing but
I have the fast editor so if you could say me where I have to go to edit them, that would be great, thanks again for your help! |

I only edited it for Dumoulin in fact.
Load the cdb file on fast editor, go in dyn_palmares, filter gene year by 2015 only if the problem is only 2015, delete all rows that have a 0 in both the team and race columns.

dyn_palmares sponsors? it only shows a grey empty column for me and if I try to click on something in it I get a error. |

It's only called Palmares here, will see if I can fix it then.
edit: it worked. again, thank you so much!
I have one more question though; I changed Strade Bianchi, Prudential London & SurreyRide to UWT category. I assigned max teams (to for example 22) max riders (for example 6) and I also selected all 18 WT teams for a race, and 4 pro-conti teams to fill the last 4 spots and also changed popularity for the race. But when I have tested the races in stagemode, for Rund Um Finansplatz and Prudentinal London only bad riders have participated from all WT teams, this was not the case of Strade Bianch.i however th4 startlist wasn't that good, in comparison to what it probably will be next year etc.
What is the reason for this? will it change dynamically in career mode so I don't really have to worry?

Ah right, it's called like that in Fast Editor.

It's because sta_program and sta_program_info are also taken into account for that. You need to edit those tables as well, for those races to be popular. This post should help: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....ost_375651

hey I have another question
after every race the newspaper shows up, normally with Cyanide
I know you can change the default one but is it possible to have different ones for every country say for australia, belgium, italy, france, spain, usa etc...? since one file is called journal and the other one journal_FRA
example: after a french race u get l'equipe
after italian u get gazzetta and after australian herald sun newspaper. "gazzetta" is only a edited picture but with the interface, just to clarify lol
I tried to get it work but it didnt |

You can. Basically, lots of graphic files in PCM use "constants" which are strings linked to countries, races etc. that can be used to customise certain aspects of the game for different situations.
For the journals, you can use a custom one for both different countries and different races (in case of the presence of both, the race has priority on the country). To make that happen, you just need to take a journal, rename it with journal_constant, where constant is the string found in sta_country for each country or in sta_race for each race.
