Edit cobble setting on stages?

Hi

I'm testing my DB atm and I've noticed that some stages of nothern classics (tour of flanders, E3-Prijs Harelbeke) have stages that have no cobble setting. Is this changeable in an easy way without having to edit the DB every season?

Because like now a variant was used of Tour of Flanders and Freire won it. (it got simulated, he only has 71 on cobbles).

It can only be changed if you have the zcts files
