Game Crashing

Amateur Posts: 16 Joined: 15-09-2016 PCM$: 200.00	Hello, I really hope you can help me. After every second race right after the last rider crosses the line, the game crashes and throws me out, I even tried to change my graphics settings really low and it still doesn't work.
