Replacing a national team & other Q's

Hey guys,
So I want to do a career with a small country.
I want to replace a national team with the country.
I also want for it to have a national champs race.
And lastly I want it to be so it will generate random riders for u23 each year.
I was just wondering if someone could help me do this as similar treads seem to be a little outdated!

1- For replacing a national team, the easiest things is not changing the jersey. In sta_country you can look for a country and choose its national team (You can put Cyprus' riders to be part of German national team)
Then you can also change the jersey, but only if you have one
2- You can easily create a new race that would be a national champ. The only thing you should have apart is a race in that country (for make it a bit real)
3- In sta_region, you can look for every region which is featured in the game (in case of a small country, only look for the country; no regions are set for small countries) and in Weight, you can change the value of how many regen rider you will have |

All the jersey files are located in 3D\Cyclists\Cloth\Team and the national teams' abbreviations always start with an "n" followed by a 3 letter abbreviations of the country.

Just wondering do I need to add a NC for the winner to change each year or by haveing a national team and larger weight in the region will that do it?

The winner will change each year even by not adding a National Championship, but you won't be able to play it. Adding one will make you be able to do so.
