Selecting groups shortcut?

Hi guys could you tell me how to make a group of riders lets say 5 be a shortcut? For example if I would like 5 riders going in relay at dot 60 how can I select them quickly without having to pause, ctrl click all of them and set the dot? Thanks guys. :-)

You can use the numpad 0 to select all riders in a group
