Edit Local.cdb to add "Doping to sickness"

Hello anybody,

to add some Doping-"diseases" to the game i added the LOC section inthe local.cdb. everything that i neede was there. The thing is....the changes are not visible in the game. Any Idea?

I've edited local.cdb in the databeses folder in the game folder....
