Is there a way to change the age in which riders are generated from 18-21 to 17-20 for example?

You can do that in the xml files you can find in main folder/xml/youngridercarac and edit one by one the age_values in the first lines of each.

Make sure you're editing it with Notepad++, Excel won't work for instance.

I know I have done it correctly because i have edited some of the stats in the xml file and that has worked. Just changing the age in the file doesn't work for me unless you have seen it work before it must be somewhere else or hardcoded.
