Expansion Pack: Jerseypacks request

Because of the upscaling of the jerseys for PCM2016, PCM.daily's Database Team has re-assessed the fantasy jerseypacks that were in our databases before. We have assessed them on the amount of pixelation as result of the upscaling, but also on the quality of the designs and bending and placement of logos and shapes.
The result of the re-assessment is that a few big sponsors won't be included in the Expansion Pack. Because of that, we're opening this request thread in order to get jerseypacks for these sponsors as soon as possible.
If you want to help us out, here's what you need to do:
1. Choose your preferred sponsor
2. Claim the sponsor of your choice by posting the following information here:
Sponsor name:
Creator:
Secondary sponsor:
Minor sponsors:
Clothing sponsor:
Equipment sponsors:
NC jerseys:
WC jerseys: yes/no
GT leader jerseys: yes/no
3. Create the pack
4. Post a link to the pack (preferrably uploaded to Google Drive) here
Remember that the quality of the jerseys has to be of a certain level. The minimum criteria are:
- The design has to be based on stitches
- Pixelation (visible pixels) on the design is not allowed
- Logo bending is mandatory
Your pack will also be assessed on completeness:
- Transferts are mandatory
- If you add accessories, you should add them all
The more NC, WC and GT leader jerseys you add, the higher the chance your pack will be accepted.
Once a pack has been accepted, the sponsor will be removed from the list. It will be added to the Expansion Pack in the next update.
1. Only the Database Team can post requests in this thread
2. The Database Team decides if the jersey(pack)s get accepted or not
3. No arguing about denied jerseys and jerseypacks
4. Criticism towards other jerseys in this thread is not allowed
5. Only post completed jerseypacks
6. Only post jerseypacks of the requests posted in this thread
7. Only post jerseys made after this request was posted
8. The maximum amount is 1 claim per sponsor
9. Jerseys with designs that are fully copied from other jerseys are not allowed
