Variants in ongoing career

Hello

Is it possible to add variants in an ongoing career without having to start over? If yes, how?

It is kind of boring that all stage-races have the same route every season.

Yes, you can do so. I've done it with PCM 2014. Should work in PCM 2016 too.

Just add the variants you download - every stage made originally for PCM 15 works as well, not for older versions - in CM_Stages, and the game will pick a different route for each race compared to the one you had in 2016 - if available.

Where do I download the stages? I can't find any stages in the download section.

You can take a look in the PCM 15: Stages and PCM 16: Stages sections. A variant dlc will be released alongside the Expansion Pack in some weeks time.
