I'm planning a low budget, small team, very long term game and don't want to be fired at the end off the first seaon.

Is there anyway to edit a certain entry in Lachi's Excel editor to keep the sponsors happy?

Also anywhere I can find more info what the different tabs mean?

As far as I know, you will never get fired if the sponsor is unhappy.
You could get fired if your money is gone.
The happiness is based on race results and if you want to get more money for the next season, you have to make your sponsor happy.

Really, that would have been an improvement. I dropped the game a few years ago because I got fired at the end of the season for not getting my objectives and had plenty of money left.
Only picked up the game last year because of the Pro Cyclist mode.
Quick other question since a simple forum search turned up to many results. Endurance is the green bar and resistance is the Yellow bar? but which stat influences the red bar?

Endurance is the green bar yes, resistance according to cyanide however is the red bar and the highest it is the slower it will run out.
