Hi. I have a question, in what XML file can I change the name of the divisions (I want to change "Cya World Tour" )?

The text would be in the local.cdb
You can open that DB with an editor.
Sadly, I forgot the name of the table.

Where can you find the Local.cdb? I have som other questions too. 1) In what XML file can I change bonus seconds in races 2) How do I delete all young and fake riders so they won't show up when making a personal team?
... and a another category 3) where do I find templates for bikes, helmets and wheels

This is my first time making a DB with XML files and not fooling around in the PCM editor

I found out everything I asked about myself, but when I'm trying to save the XML files a message saying its not possible shows up. This is only in the folder Programfiles->PCM 2015->Xml.. Anywhere else its Ok. Anyone got an idea of what I'm doing wrong?

Probably the choice of editor. As far as I know the only editors that can edit local.cdb correctly are excel editor and full editor (possibly lachi's editor as well, but only used the former 2 to edit local.cdb).
