Can i use pcm16 stages on pcm15?

Hello.
I have both games but id like to finnish my actual be a pro career racing on TDF 2016. I tried to copy paste the stages changing their name to tdf 2012, well replacing them, but the game crashed.
Is there any way to do that?

Savegames are not compatible between a game and another so you'll have to finish it on PCM 15 I'm afraid.
