Race stats explanation please??

When playing a race/stage, you can check up the stats of your riders and it looks like this:
FL 70 -2 CO 75 -3 FTR 80 -1
MO 70 -5 SP 65 +4 ST 75 +1

and so on....

What does the "-" and the "+" mean?

If it's - you subtract the next number from the riders' actual stats, as that's the stat you'll feel in game, if it's + you add up the following number to the riders' stats.

okey.
But whys that? Is it an indicator of the riders daily form, and it shows wich attribute are affected.?

Yes. It's always been like that, now the stats influence is actually shown as well though.
