   NATIONS DB by MARSUPILAMI  
An idea crossed my mind weeks ago, when PCM 16 wasn't at the market yet. I thought about making a Nations DB (following the steps of old CFQBase's, but with a renewed looking). I decided to wait for PCM 16, which was certainly a very good idea, and when this game was out, I started working hard in this DB.
I didn't want to follow the disappointment that a non-finished DB causes, that's why I have waited to post this until I have finished this DB, and that's what I am doing now.
The main goal of this DB is to make teams in which the riders are only for a country (in the case of biggest countries/countries with the most riders) or from a smaller or bigger region (in the case of smallest countries/countries with the least riders).
So, here I am, at the point of making a DB release after so much time without doing so. I have to say this DB is based on EP Lite (credits to everyone in EP Lite's creditlist) (I have only uploaded a .cdb, the rest of stuff must be in the EP Lite download, which is compulsory for playing this DB).
I would also like to thank the Slype group (specially Matt and fjhoekie), jesusdecastro2 (aka The Jesus), Selwink and HijoDelDiablo. Thanks!

- 18 WorldTour teams, 23 Continental Pro teams, 72 Continental teams

To install the DB, unzip the .zip. There you will see a folder "To Documents" and another "To Program files". Copy the content of "To Documents" in Documents. Copy the content of "To program files" in C:/Program files.

One note to the whole concept of this database ;
Say you just finished your first season with this database and the transfer season begins, what PCM will do is starting on beginning the transfer (obviously) and say I will look at what Algeria will be doing.
Most likely the team will begin signing non-Algerian riders and the whole concept misses out.
I will say it's not the worst scenario for the average person, but I wouldn't like it

Well, that's the risk of this DB.
I'd say I advise this DB to be played either in solo mode or in online, not in career or procyclist (if you are willing to go beyond one season).
It'd be a shame if you didn't download it just for that but well...

Would be useful for a what if the tour de france was still national teams kind of fantasy scenario.
I would say so you don't get teams like Slovakia in the mountains but can't think of a nation with a really strong climber that's not in the world's in the game. Best would be Kreuziger/Konig but I would have thought they'd be strong enough (with Stybar) to get Czech Republic a national team being arguably top 10 Tour contenders.
Off the top of my head the best rider I can think of where their nation wouldn't necessarily be in the world's in the game and not playable without this DB would be someone like Berhane, would have said Navardauskas but I think there is a Lithuania one.

A new update, the 2nd day update I guess. This update improves the career mode and updates Red Bull and Bianchi shirts (Note: these shirt changes will only be applied to Nations DB and not to Expansion Pack Lite).

Noticed a bug for online games with this DB. If you like enough the Red Bull and Bianchi shirts in EP, you should delete the two folders in Documents/PCM 16/Mod/NationsDB/Jersey/Team and the two files in Documents/PCM 16/Mod/NationsDB/MiniJersey.
If you prefer the Red Bull and Bianchi shirts I added to my DB in latest version, you should move those folders and those files to (the folders) C:/Program files/Steam/Steamapps/Common/PCM 16/3D/Cyclist/Cloth/Team and to (the files) C:/Program files/Steam/Steamapps/Common/PCM 16/Gui/team_shirt

Fair enough, here you have the WT Teams rosters (only best riders, there are 28 cyclists per team) and the CPT Teams sponsors. You'd need to discover the rest on your own!

Sorry for the insistence but here I am with the next update of this DB. This is the first complete version of the DB Nations, the V1.0.
This version includes some new shirts for some teams, changes some sponsors, adds new managers to the teams and updates the stats.

I have to say that I have noticed a bug but a bug that you can fix. I have noticed that when you wanna start a career with this DB, it crashes. To fix that, what you have to do is click in Career opening EP Lite. You go to homepage and then start a career normally with Nations DB.
I am sorry of this mistake, I will try to find out a solution buut for now, do what I said!

I was able to fix the career problem last night, and during the morning and afternoon I have been editing some stats under my point of view, improving some sponsors (for example, there was Gen-I - Festina and Festina, so one of them had to disappear) and adding the 2016 National Champions to the DB, putting the 2015 ones as former champions.
To install the DB, unzip the .zip. There you will see a folder "To Documents" and another "To Program files". Copy the content of "To Documents" in Documents. Copy the content of "To program files" in C:/Program files.
Please note that this update overwrites some of the shirts in the EP Lite. Make a backup of those shirts if you want!
