I'm undecided on whether to buy the game or not. Is there anything knew and what is improved in the game? I found previously there was often little change (pro cyclist addition last year was great, previously not much).

Also graphics isn't really important for me, my PC isn't the greatest for gaming so graphics aren't on high.

If anyone could direct me to somewhere that could answer this question or answer it themselves below, that'd be much appreciated

You can have a good outlook on the features around here: https://letour-games.com/game/pcm and on PCM's facebook page as well, where they posted some decent insights on most new features.

If you were to ask me, the game has got tons of potential this year with the new features/adjustments/improvements they made, and by the time the final patch comes out it might be one of the best PCMs in the recent years.
