Hello... Please ... Can you help me? I want create SLovak/Czech language to PCM 2015 or now 2016 too.. Can you say me how can i do it or how translate some language from menu.

Well good luck with it... you'll need to translate about 10000 strings of text in local.cdb.

That said, if you feel like it, you need to open the local.cdb with an editor such as excel editor, full editor or lachi's editor, go in "loc", and translate every string of text under "gene_sz_czech". Some where already done because past versions of the game included that language.

When you are done, go in sta_language and put a 1 in the active column for czech.
