Which races exactly? Are you playing with the last patch? Please provide more details.

If your rider is not injured then maybe a crash or bug ruined your career.

You can copy a weeklysave backup from before the problem started and paste it into the save game folder, then load it in the game.

Isnt the patches done automatically via steam ?

Cant remember the name of the races atm, im at work. It was the races in season 2, any race between february and forth. I stopped at late march because of this.

this happens for instance if in sta_stage gene_i_computed_date doesn't match up with gene_i_month & gene_i_day or dyn_team_race was changed too late before the race or something else that has gone wrong.
The game wants you to do a race that thinks is next for you & keeps skipping untill that race.
Lachi's right ,too complicated to fix,reload a previous save like weekly save from documents/pro cycling manager 2016
