Can a i3 processor easily run PCM2015? No problems with loading, back in the days my laptop had some problems with the loading of the game, it took 10 minutes. |

Well saying that it's an i3 processor is not enough. You can take a look on the internet and look for the minimum/reccoemnded requirements to run PCM 15.

Normally it's good enough? Running a Radeon R7 as Graphic Card |

You're using a laptop. Playing games on a laptop is always a gamble as game devlopers are not supporting mobile chipsets.
Radeon R7 f.e. is just the series, but not the exact card(btw, it's only a chip, not a card)

Going to buy a desktop with AMD RADEON R7 and AMD A10-7800 or an desktop with GTX750 and i3, which one is better on the first eye for PCM15/16? |

i3/Radeon R7 are not models...they are a series each.
There are good and bad i3s and different R7s as well. I would go with the GTX 750 and an i3 anytime tho. There are people to trust in AMD, as I trust in Nvidia and Intel.

I am currently running PCM15 at 30fps, lowest graphic settings. With i3 2nd gen, 3GB of RAM and an on board graphics. You'll be fine. If you really don't mind the bland graphics.
Also I'm running it on a window mode. What generation of i3 you're going to pair with GTX750? PCM15 doesn't rely too much on CPU, but it eats a lot of RAM, so make sure you have enough stamina there, maybe 4GB will be enough.
