problem with DB

hello. I have a problem with 2016 DB V2.0.0 I have installed it.
I turn on game
In setting I select the database
Single player -ONE OFF RACE
It does not want to load the jerseys of teams

Can you help me ?

Well... take a look at the FAQ please, that's quite clearly a wrong installation. You can find it in the pcmdaily projects section.
