Change several stats at the same time

Using the Lachis editor or the PCM fast editor, how can I change several stats at the same time?
I have a DB and I want to give some cyclists 60 END, for example. All the cyclists with less than 60 in this stat I want them to have this value.
I hope you have understood. Is it possible to do it?

You can probably do this more easily with the excel editor, I hardly ever use the Lachi's Editor honestly so I'm not even sure if you actually can.

Open your db with excel editor, open dyn_cyclist, sort each stat from lowest to highest and paste 60 where it's lower than that.

At the bottom left of Excel you should be able to switch to the DYN_Cyclist sheet

You go back to the first sheet, which your screen shows, click Build CDB and save it as a normal cdb file.
