Reaching grand tours with pro rider?

So, I'm doing my first Pro Cyclist career, focusing on a stage racer. In my third year (at age 22) I'm level 17, with 83 in Mountains and 77 in Hills. Seems like I'd be ready for grand tours, but now I'm limited by the fact that I need a top 5 finish in one of the monuments.

With only 63 in stamina, I don't see how I am supposed to do this. Should I be training as a baroudeur for a while, just to get this stat up? I'm afraid that this is going to cost me at least a year or two...

You don't have to place top 5 in a monument to get to a GT. Why do you think that?

Normally winning a smaller WT stage race grants you access Giro/Vuelta. And a good placing there gains you access to the TDF

Well, when I try to add Giro d'Italia to my schedule, I can see it's locked by the "V" (Roman number 5) badge, which says:

"Make the top-5 of a major classic of a Grand Tour; win a stage or a distinctive jersey on a Grand Tour."

The Tour and the Vuelta have the same restriction.

I've made top 5 GC results in Tirreno-Adriatico and the Tour of Catalonia, winning the youth GC in both.

When you get level 20 you will be able to play all of three Grand Tours as I did...
Don't try to get top 5 on maj classics with 63 stamina, it's insane.
Put your rider to training as punisher, and wait to his stamina increase to 70..
That will be enough if you play on hard, but it could go to 73 max, if you chose Grand Tour rider.
Ofc you can change all that with Lachi's Editor.
For example I chose limit 78for my rider.
