Career - Suddenly slow loading

Dear PCM Gurus.
I've been playing several careers without any issues.
I then started a new career the other day, and suddenlly this career is REALLY slow to load into the race. Usually it take approx 1 min to load, but now it take between 3-7 mins to load into the race.
I thought it might just been the first race in the career, but in second race it is still REALLY slow.
Ive deleted old saved careers, so i cant load one of those and try load a race within that career to see if it works normaly.
Anyone have any idea what is causing this? Bugged career or something perhapps?

Did you install any db since the last time you played a career?

I've "always" used the Daily DB. And those careers ive earlier played, where it worked fine, Daily DB was activated as well.
The only difference i've made in this current "slow loading career" is that i picked some other riders and another jersey than in the other career..
But that shouldn't influence anything should it? 
Also when simulating races/changing day wiithin the career is working at "normal" speed.. So its only when loading into a 3D race where its rly slow all of the sudden.

No it shouldn't influence it. What about one-off race? How much time does it take there?

It's totally normal off-races/simulating/going forward in the calender etc.
Only when loading 3D games it is slow as hell  ( |

Matt meant trying to play the same race as a standalone one, to see if it also takes so long.

Also I would try more than just 2 races in that career before jumping into conclusions. It could very well be those two have just very extensive graphics.

Yep, you were right.
For some reason the first couple of races were really slow loading. Entering February made everything better. Dont know why it was acting like this, but it seems everythingg is back to normal now. |
