I am playing a career with BMC with the 2016 DB, and every time I get to the day before the tour of Australia (first WT race) when I click continue the game crashes. I have gotten to this point with multiple careers and they all crash on this day. How can I fix this? thanks.

You probably have made a mistake installing the database. Please take a look at the faq you can find in the pcm.daily project section, thanks.
