New Career Mode crash

Hi guys, new to the forum so sorry if this has already been discussed. I just downloaded the pcm daily 2016db and when I go to single player and try to start a new career mode, the game does not let me, it crashes during the load. When I go to options and select the default DB and try to start a new career mode, I am able to do so with no problem. Does anybody have a solution? Or more specifically is there a way to uninstall and then re install the 2016 DB? Thanks
