Can´t run PCM 2015.exe in my computer after Reset

I have cleaned everything in my computer because of an vírus,
My computer is Windons 10 and have all the drivers, diretecx and that sort of things updated to the last versions, but i can't run the game on my Asus K550J, which is my personal computer. There are two more here, in which I canrun and play it whito
ut any problema, one is even the same model....
Before reseting I could run it, so and I have just installed the game again, so I don't know what is the problem, so if someone could help me I would be very grateful.
The error in question is 0xc000007b, if that helps.

Could you check if Visual C++ is instaleld in the other model that can run PCM 15?

Searching on google only shows up results related to that but I'm not sure if that's the problem, hope I'm not completely bullshitting Pfft

No it isn't. I installed in my pc but the problem remains...
