Progress bar stuck

Hi, playing a career mode my progress bar got stuck at the end of level 26. I got the improvements from growing to lv. 27 but the bar never emptied. Im still getting exp. points in races but since the bar doesnt move i dont know if they're being counted anyway or im just losing them. Anybody with the same issue?

I'm pretty sure level 27 is the maximum you can reach.
