[Carrer mode]Crash in my second year ,before TDF

Hi guys, i see a lot of simillar problems , but not exactly the same and that`s why i write this post . So my game crash 1 day before TDF in my carrer mode. I reloaded the game maybe 10 times , i tried to reload a weekly save ,but the problem stays . The game crashes 1 day before TDF in my second year , help please Smile
