Team Divosion Promotion and Relegation

Hello all,

My contract in Be a Pro is up, and in trying to choose a new team, I wish to go to a Pro Cont. Team. Problem is, I cannot recall how many teams get promoted or relegated at season's end. Anyone have any idea how many teams for each division get promoted and relegated. I for some reason googled this and cannot even find a list or UCI teams that got promoted and relegated recently other than EuropCar getting relegated at end of '14 and Dimension Data getting promoted at end of '15 season. Please help.

It's 2 teams FYI.
