Open your procyclist save game and in the table that opens find your cyclist and edit his stats.

Pcm fast editor as I said, you can find it in the download section in pcm 11 under editors.

It's not there, you can find it in the download section of pcm 11,under editors. It's on the left of your screen when visiting pcmdaily.

None of those. Ok so listen, go in documents/pro cycling manager 2015/cloud/users/forestleesjc and open the last procyclist save.

What do you mean? The place where your save is is the one I said above (documents/pcm 15 etc.)

In exactly the same folder as before.
Ok make sure you have gone in documents/pro cycling manager 2015/cloud/forestleesjc and opened Pro_Cyclist_XX.cdb; the database should have loaded correctly, and "cyclists" should have been opened.
You then should have edited your rider and clicked on database at the top left corner and then save database from the menu that opens.

But you are not using Fast Editor as I told you? 
Lachi's Editor is buggy with savegames this year.
