Underperforming sprinters

Hey, I've not played Pro Cycling Manager the last couple of years, but I decided to buy the "new" PCM15.

I've started a career with Lotto - Soudal, and the game has really developed a lot, but... I have one problem! Every time I simulate flat stages, my sprinters are doing terrible! Greipel mostly ends up as number 12-14, when all the top sprinters are on the startlist, and when I simulate small races with van der Sande, who is 76 in sprinting, he never makes the top 10 even though the riders at the podium has the same stats! Why?

I honestly find that simulation makes in fact underperform all your riders in pcm 15, and that's the same that happens this year in tts when they are 3d raced in procyclist mode. If you notice, when you are the leader, the rest of your team perform a lot worse than they should, finishing almost always in the last positions. What's bad is that there's virtually no solution about this since difficulty has no effect on simulations.

So you are saying that all I can do is to stop winning sprint stages, when I simulate? Honestly not the answer I had hope for! Wink

It's been happening in PCM14 as well, just started a new career and well, it's something you need to get over. Either you play it for real, either you ignore the results.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Maybe you could mess with the xml files which are responsible for the simulation?
