Crash following a creation of Lachish editor

In the database 2016pcm daily, there are no Luxembourg championships. So I wanted to add luxembourg championships with " Lachish Editor" , the stages are created but when I start the stage, the game crash ... In single race like career . Is there a solution? (Sorry for my bad english, i'm french..)

Well this doesn't say much. You may want to post a screen of sta_race and sta_stage in their entireness as well as how you named the stage files you obviously put in cm_stages.
