Problem with Graphics - Windows 10 Update

I have a problem in PCM 15, I installed it after Windows 10 and also installed the DB Daily 2016 and the graphics are one sh*t,appears only road and don't show up buildings, stores, barriers etc. .. and I dont' know how to change it, I have been the settings and changed but the game does not go and crashed ... Please help me not want to play with road and grass everywhere ... One time it happened to me the same at PCM14 when updated for Windows 8.1, but I don't remember how I fix.

Well easy solution would be to just reinstall PCM 15. PCM 15 is notoriously problematic with W10.

Yeah I know, but I reinstall the game and still the same error, It appears to me many times this error when I enter the game:video_tdr_failure

Sounds like a driver problem possibly. Could be a nice idea to reinstall/update all your drivers!
