Sorry if this a completely stupid question!! Is the 2016 Riders stats database available as an excel spreadsheet and if so, where would i find it?

It's not but you can do it yourself with Excel editor in literally 3 minutes. Open the 2016 db with Excel editor and open the dyn cyclist table only and that's it basically
