I'm in the 2nd season of my career, and I have serious salery issues.
I got a new sponsor for my team, but I ain't getting nearly the kind of money in sponsorinvestments a month, as I was promised.
Specific, I'm paying out about 800.000 a month in salary cap for my riders, and I'm only geting about 450.000 in sponsor investments.
1. How do I fix this? I can't seem to find a solution in any table in the editor?
2. What happends if I can fix it? Will i go bankrupt and get firred, or will I not be able to offer any money to new riders?
1. Gam_career_data, solde row
2. The money you can spend on staff/scouts etc. is different from the money that you can offer to riders. You can't edit the latter while you can easily change the former. If you want to offer more money to riders, the only solution is probably editing it in dyn_contract_cyclist.
My guess is that the sponsor isn't paying less than he promised but that back in June/July you misread how much you'll be getting. When you offer a new contract to a rider there are two lines with different figures: The first one you should ignore, it's the maximum you can spend based on you current wages and it can be significantly higher than what you'll actually be getting next season. So watch out for that next time.

Is there a link between these two as in if you don't change the Gam_career_data, solde row, are you able to offer riders more money?
To make myself clearer, I will use the example of my current season. I started a new career with a Conti team and now, in my 4th season, I have a very good chance of being promoted to WT at the end of the season. I still have a very small budget but obviously the sponsor is not taking into account the fact that we might get promoted and is still offering me a small increase in budget for riders salary.
If I go up, and I am assuming I will as I have more than double the points to the team in 3rd, I will have a very small squad in the WT next season. I currently have 16 riders in my team and after I renew the contracts of my existing riders, I will only have the budget for one, maybe two established riders.
So if I would like to offer more money to riders I'd like to sign to make up a bigger and more competitive squad, do I need to also change the Gam_career_data, solde row? I imagine that if I don't change it, my sponsor will not cover the huge difference in salary that I will have next season?
Changing gam_career_data's solde row has 0 effect on the salary cap, at least in the current season. Depending on the division and some random factors decided by the game you'll have more or less budget to sign riders.
So would I just need to go to dyn_contract_cyclist to give the riders I want the salary they ask for?
I'm not going to start signing Quintana, Kittel, Martin etc... but I'd like to have a competitive squad to have half a chance of staying in WT, make the whole thing as realistic as possible.
