2016 database for pcm 15

I have downloaded the database by following instructions and as i go into the game it works and has the database on it but if i try to start a career or any other game mode it comes up with a message about integrity data so i press ok and it starts to work but when generating new riders the game just closes everytime. Does anyone know why this is the case

Something went wrong with installing the DB. Check the FAQ for more help.

You definitely installed the db incorrectly, as Selwink said above check the FAQ, in especially the part about local.cdb. The integrity data message and the riders generating crash only come up when the new local.cdb is not there.
