After three (3) seasons on the Pro-Conti Tour and not making much progress some changes will need to be made in the 2016 season. AMEX has been strong on the Cobbles but mediocre on the Hills and Sprints and non-existent on the Mountains, Stage Races and Time Trials.
Looking at our roster, two (2) valued and strong riders are going to be looking for Loan Out opportunities. Ian Boswell [USA] a 78 Punchuer and Rudiger Selig [GER] a 77/79 Sprinter, both will be looking for rides in the PT so that they can Max their training.
Returning after a year on the PT are Jan Dieteren [HL/77], Robert Bush [CB/78] and Theo Reinhardt [SP/78/84]. All should move into key roles in 2016. Dieteren will ride as our #2 Punchuer, Bush our #2 on the Cobbles and Reinhardt we hope will be a big upgrade as a Leadout rider for our Sprint team.
As we approach the Transfer Season AMEX must consider Stage Racers, a Mountain Climber and a TT specialist. Two out of three would be a big off season.
Several Riders who are either getting up in age or have under performed on the PCT for a couple of seasons will likely not be signed or moved during the Transfer period.
AMEX will also consider taking Loan Ins (level 3).
USA and GER riders will always get closer looks.

And good luck with your 2nd best cobbler, Bush. Maybe with him up and coming with big hopes you could afford to talk about your aging third best cobbler.
Haha just kidding. Good luck again. I've always liked your team since you made the Cobbler as a team with cobbles focus. I do have a level 3 loan in possibility so maybe we could talk then. Hope you promote this year!
