scroll bar issues

Anyone else find that there are some broken scroll bars in the game?

By that I mean that they are there, but you can't use them to scroll down and view the full page (sponsors objectives race by race in career is one for me) - they won't budge.

Are you using windows 10? If I recall correctly that is one of the compatibility issues when you play with that OS.

Otherwise to be honest I have never experienced such an issue in PCM 15.

Nope, good ol' Windows 7.

The exact screen is in career - Manager-Sponsors-team tab.

The objectives are then listed by race, but I can't scroll down past the first 1/3!!
